2026 Scholarship Application
PHADA's 2026 Scholarship Application is available for high school seniors
living in public or assisted housing at a PHADA member agency.
The Public Housing Authorities Directors Association is offering the following scholarship opportunities:
The Stephen J. Bollinger Memorial Scholarship in the amount of
$10,000.
The Civil Rights and Social Justice Scholarship in the amount of $5,000.
The Nan McKay Pathway to Achievement Scholarship in the amount
of $5,000.
Applications must be delivered
to Johnstown Housing Authority
by January 9, 2026.
